Swim Parent Note is operated by PineNode, Inc. It is a notebook and meet-day tool for swim parents: meets, best times, practice, lessons and video. Features and availability may change. Using this website does not purchase a subscription.
Your account and content
Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and only upload information or recordings you have authority to use. You keep your rights to your content and allow us to process it as necessary to provide the features you request. Do not use Swim Parent Note to infringe rights, harass others, distribute unlawful content or interfere with service security.
Swimming guidance and results
Technique tips and time comparisons are informational and do not replace qualified coaching, supervision or official meet requirements. Imported and entered times are parent supplied and are not official results; check them, and confirm eligibility with the meet organizer. Do not use a device while swimming. Swim Parent Note is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by USA Swimming, Swimcloud or the makers of meet management and meet results apps. Third-party names identify their respective services.
Purchases and cancellation
Swim Parent Note Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Apple’s purchase terms and the price and period shown before you subscribe apply. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. The app’s license is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate license is provided.
Availability, backups and responsibility
We work to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free guidance or imports. Keep exports of information important to you, especially local video files. The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law; nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy describes information handling. We may update these terms and post the revised date here. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Contact our support and privacy request form with questions.
