Swim Parent Note Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app or your Swim Parent Note account does not cancel a subscription.
GOOD QUESTIONS
A few things to know.
Can I get Swim Parent Note now?+
Not yet. It’s coming soon to the App Store. Leave your email on the support page and we’ll let you know.
What happens when a Pro subscription ends?+
Your swimmers’ journals stay available, and you can still download videos you already backed up. Adding swimmers, backing up new videos and comparing races need an active subscription.
Does Swim Parent Note import meet results automatically?+
You add them yourself, and it’s quick: a results screenshot, a times report PDF or screenshot, or a CSV file. Nothing is pulled from other services.
